It Takes a Virtual Village: Successfully Implementing the Virtual Classroom

The convenience of the virtual classroom makes it an obvious choice for many organizations. But it is definitely not a case of “if you build it, they will come”! And if they do come, there are surprising challenges learning professionals must meet to make the virtual classroom a virtual success.

In this workshop, you’ll explore steps for building design, delivery and operational capability. You’ll discover the unexpected pitfalls and change management issues that face your organization. Wherever you are in the virtual journey, you will find practical ideas in this session.

The great potential of the virtual classroom is realized only when you squarely face its special challenges as well as its convenience. At TD Bank, we launched the virtual classroom successfully (if not painlessly!). Come and share our story and take away practical tools for your own success.
