You’ve designed a great training solution and are ready for that final OK to go on to development. Now it’s time to “sell” your design to the stakeholders. Are you ready to defend the design decisions you have made, resolve any questions and overcome any objections the stakeholders may raise? In this workshop, we’ll show you how to build a defendable design, communicate it effectively, and negotiate design modifications with a stakeholder. The goal? A great design and a happy stakeholder – a win-win situation for all!

About Our Presenter:

Peggy Page has many years of management experience in several industries, and currently manages the very talented 10-person training design team at TD Bank. A Past President of the Maine Chapter of ASTD, Peggy has also presented several times at national ASTD’s TechKnowledge conferences. She holds a Masters in Adult Education from USM and is also an adjunct instructor in USM’s Continuing Education program.
