Do colleagues or clients come to you asking for trainings ("I need a video for this!") without having a clear picture of what outcomes they want?

Action Mapping helps you and your colleague or client identify what they're looking for and why so you both find yourself on the road to successful training. Through discussion and group work at tables, participants will learn Cathy Moore's four-step process for building effective learning interventions with measurable results.

Course Objectives:

When participants leave the workshop they will be able to apply Cathy Moore's four-step process to Learning Interventions.
