Most people think of the Kirkpatrick’s four levels of learning when hearing the term evaluation, but evaluation goes deeper than measuring the end product.  A solid evaluation program is integrated throughout each activity of the instructional development process. It starts in the planning stage and continues for the lifecycle of the training system.

In this session we’ll explore Formative, Summative and Operational evaluation to ensure the training programs we are putting in place meet sponsor and student expectations as well as continue to meet the needs of your organization after initial implementation.  We’ll explore how applying check points and feedback mechanisms can increase training effectiveness and impact.
