Where does miscommunication originate?   Have we ever heard someone say “I thought I was clear, what just happened?”  How do our filters interfere with our communication?   Business depends on good relationships and good relationships start with initial conversation so what happens if we are uncomfortable and at a loss for words in that initial conversation?

We’ll explore various avenues of communication with Shirlie Broomfield, Dale Carnegie Training of Maine.
Prepare to have fun while we:
* Understand the influence of filters on the communication process
* Improve communication by effectively listening and asking questions
* Develop productive business conversation skills
