Director of Learning & Development.

This is a senior-level role, reporting to the CHRO. The person in this role is responsible for connecting the learning model to the operational requirements.  

While leading a team of approximately 120, this person will develop the strategy that both trains new hires as well as develops existing employees - 65% of the employee population that interface with clients.  An important aspect of this role is developing and implementing a virtual training strategy. The opportunity to create a revenue stream with the client base is another exciting aspect of this role. Considerable time will be spent interacting with key members of the Executive team. 

Our client is a growing SaaS industry leader. It is particularly well-positioned within a high-growth sector and has strong company financials. We are looking for a strong people leader, with expertise in Learning & Development, who ultimately, will tie an actionable strategy to business outcomes.

The compensation for this role will be highly competitive including base, bonus, and substantial equity. The position will be located in Western, NY so will require relocation and relocation assistance is available.
