How Smart Trainers Create Engaged Employees

Everyone agrees there are tangible benefits to employee engagement. In fact, statistics show that organizations with engaged employees outperform others by as much as 202%! So, how can trainers ensure that they will build engagement into their sessions?

Join us for this interactive workshop to redefine engagement from a training perspective and identify techniques for creating employee engagement in the training room. What does engagement look like and how do we increase it? Learn the 3 clusters of behaviors that significantly impact engagement and then we’ll look at the individual actions within each cluster we can take to develop enthusiastic, empowered, confident and inspired employees – the type of employees who care, who want to be part of a success story and who will drive your organization to the top.
