Why learn best practices to decrease professional stress?   Successful professionals know the dangers of workplace stress and seek to balance their professional, family, and individual roles.

 

Easier said than done, you might rightly say. Using a humorous yet focused style, this session promotes the positive power of self-responsibility.
•        Become aware of the dangers of “allostatic load” – the effects of prolonged stress
•        Learn to manage stress as it plays out in unique work situations

About Our Presenter (Bill Maxwell):

Bill Maxwell helps professionals lift performance.
