Position summary
Reporting to the Education & Development Manager, the Sr. Education Specialist will assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of learning content and programs ranging from new hire orientation to continuous education and development programs. This role will work in a fast-paced environment as part of a high-performing team. The Sr. Education Specialist will assist in creating new learning content (documents, videos, etc.), organizing educational programs, administering content in the Learning Management System (LMS) and delivering a variety of curriculums to support employee growth and development.
This position offers the flexibility to work from a Camden National location in Rockport, Portland or Gardiner, Maine with the ability to work from home part of the week.
