YCCC is seeking a full-time Electrical Technology faculty to teach in the Electrical Technology program. The schedule may include a combination of day, evening, weekend, face-to-face, and online classes. Subject areas to be taught typically include but are not limited to direct current and alternating current theory, solid-state devices, programmable logic controllers, electrical motor control, renewable energy systems, and basic process control instrumentation. The instructor also provides student advising, participates in the program’s ongoing curriculum development, as well as participates in campus initiatives such as accreditation and institutional assessment.
