As the VP of Volunteers, Catherine is responsible for recruiting and supporting our valued volunteers, as well as board succession planning. Catherine is the founder of Making Space LLC, which provides intercultural facilitation and coaching to individuals, teams and learners of all ages, helping them develop intercultural competence, mindfulness practices and personal leadership skills in order to become catalysts for positive change in their communities. She has worked in international and intercultural education for over 15 years, most recently as the Manager of Training and Development at the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE), where Catherine managed learning and development programs for 800+ employees in over 40 countries, specializing in intercultural communication and leadership in the workplace. |
