Intentional Learning, Reflective Practice  and Resources

Reflection is an essential aspect of adult learning and growth. Using poetry, writing, story sharing, and inquiry, we will explore our own personal and professional development goals and intentions. Participants will acknowledge and appreciate the lessons of this past year, identify areas of interest for continued learning, and develop their motivation and potential for learning in the coming year. We will also spend time sharing resources, support, and best practices to help us make and keep our own development a priority. In preparation for our time together, be thinking about these questions: What are you curious about? What is a problem you need to solve? What have you “been meaning to get to”? Bring a few resources to share: a favorite book, podcast, TED talk, website, article, influencer, class, quote, poem, song, habit or practice you have found essential, helpful, or nourishing in your own development. We will curate a shared list for future reference!
