Online Facilitation

If you’ve not been asked to facilitate online yet, it’s just a matter of time.  Virtual meetings, presentations, and learning events are increasing in today’s world of saving money and the environment.  Online delivery has grown so rapidly that many facilitators are learning as they go – with mixed results.  This session will explore the importance of preparation, social presence, and engagement to help you facilitate successful online events.

About Our Presenter:

Sue Nolan is an Instructional Designer at TD Bank in Portland, Maine. She is a certified Synchronous Learning Expert. Sue has designed, developed; and delivered virtual classes; led a virtual study group; and is a contributor to TD facilitator's Community of Practice.
