As learning professionals, we are being called upon to engage strategically in organizational efforts that drive business cultures and results. This calls for a different set of skills: in addition to the traditional competencies that are valued, it is important to demonstrate a deeper facility for personal impact, emotional intelligence, and conscious use of self. During this presentation we will explore how “self-awareness” increase your effectiveness and some of the ways “use of self” factors into learning.

About Our Presenter:

Linda Cook Greer, is an Organizational Development Consultant for Delhaize America where she is helping to build leadership effectiveness for Hannaford Supermarkets. Linda has over 30 years of experience with helping others to first see then develop individual and group strengths.  She is experienced in a variety of fields that include Organizational Development, Learning, and Disability Management. She is certified in the ESCI, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory and 5 Dynamics.
