What is Gamification you ask?  How do you get started?

Join Erika as she tells her story of going from a concept to completion, in creating a scenario-based, critical thinking game.

Her example will walk you through the creation of a game for Unum's newly hired claims professionals, which navigates them through the claims management process.

    Erika Wharton

    Erika Wharton is the Learning Solutions Manager for the Benefits Center at Unum.  Erika has 20+ years’ experience in the insurance and financial industries. 11 of these years focused on the learning and development of geographically dispersed employees. She is a leader in her field and has presented at Demofest at DevLearn in 2016 and Training Industry Conference and Expo (TICE) 2017 as well as video blogs with D’Vinci Interactive.
