PROGRAM

We live in a digital world in which our inboxes are constantly being bombarded, overflowing with so many messages that it is a challenge to sift through the clutter and identify what’s important and what’s not.

This presentation will help you gain an understanding about the person on the other side of your important messages, so that you can get and hold their attention, as they try to deal with their overflowing inboxes.

Applying SMART Writing™ principles and techniques makes using the appropriate wording to gain attention a simple step-by-step process. We will examine in detail one aspect of the SMART Writing™ system, as applied to headlines and email titles.  Headlines do 80% of the work to capture attention in just fractions of a second before the reader moves swiftly on, often never to return. You will learn how to get the email messages you send noticed and opened.

Join us for this interactive presentation that will include small group exercises, audience examples, feedback, and Q&A.
