Trust is powerful and complex. It has the potential to build relationship and teams, increase productivity, improve individual learning and performance, and generate continuous process improvement for our organizations.  Yet, it can also be hard to define, easily broken, and difficult to maintain.

As trainers and human resource professionals, let’s look at how we can build trust in ourselves, in our learning programs, and in our organizations. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore this foundational topic through research and through our own experiences.  Come prepared to share your perceptions and practices around: What is trust? Why is it important? What factors diminish trust? What specific actions can we take to build trust?
